Lunch Together

Enjoy lunch together with old friends and new friends.

Enjoy spending time together catching up with old friends and getting to know new friends. We are lunching together at many different houses and you can choose between being a host or a guest. Read on for further details.

When: Sunday 29th May 2011 @ 12.30 pm

Where: We will let the hosts know who their guests are at least a week (hopefully two) in advance. The hosts will then contact you with an address and a request for something simple to bring to share.

You can register for this in one of three ways.

  • Fill in the form below
  • Print out the invite/form and give it to Sandy Bailey, Joan Kemmis, or place it in the ‘Lunching Together’ box at the back of church.

More to Life – My BBQ Rules

Rate yourself at the BBQ? What about cooking against your mates? What secret ingredients would you add? What Aussie beer goes best with a BBQ?

Thursday, 31st March
from 7.30pm
Cost $25 (to cover meat & drinks)

At this blokes only event, you and your mates will be cooking off against other blokes who reckon they’re BBQ Kings. Three types of meat, choices of ingredients, and a recipe that will become famous in local backyards!

We will also have 6 blind beer tastings to work out what really is the best Aussie beer for a BBQ! You’ll get to eat, drink, catch up with mates and maybe make some new ones. We’ll also throw in a short (but important) Christian message from Roger Green, the minister at All Saints Anglican Church, North Epping.

RSVP – awg2@bigpond.com or Ph. 0411 261605

Be quick – numbers are limited! Our last BBQ event we put on sold out!

Book it in your diary now! Come on your own or bring a mate.
