Camp Revolution was excellent!
Sam & Josh Collis-Bird took a stack of photos and video during camp; here’s a video they put together for us. Thanks, guys!

Fresh Jr is for everyone in years 7-9 at High School.
Fresh Jr is awesome! We start at 7pm with a talk from the Bible, then we split into smaller discussion groups to chat about the issues for 20 minutes. After discussion time, we play some games to burn up some of that end-of-week energy, and to get to know each other a bit more. Then we finish up each night with food with the Fresh crew. Everyone is welcome, get in touch with Matt Jacobs for more info!Fresh Sr is for everyone in years 10-12 at High School.
Fresh Sr is the laid-back older sibling to the Juniors. We start at 7pm with a talk from the Bible, then we spend some time chatting about it in small groups. After discussion time, we do all sort of different stuff. Some weeks we play a few games and have a few laughs, other weeks we work at a project that will help someone in the community. Occasionally we visit other youth groups to spread the love. We eat food with the Junior crew, then spend an extra hour just being together; eating more food, talking, playing pool or table tennis. Everyone is welcome, get in touch with Matt Jacobs for more info!

Our world is a big, busy place! There is so much important stuff in life … is Jesus – who lived and died over 2000 years ago – really that important? Is Jesus worth my time and attention? Is he relevant for our lives today, or a relic of the past?
This term at Fresh, we’ll be looking at Mark’s gospel. Mark’s answer is:
… well, you’ll have to come along to find out! We start this week, 7pm at All Saints. Bring your friends!

Camp Revolution is the annual Youth Camp for our High School youth groups. We go away for a few days at the very end of the summer holidays, to be challenged by God’s word, transformed by Jesus love, so that we can grow in our love for each other, and our desire to impact the world with God’s love.
In 2012, Camp Revolution will happen on Monday 23rd to Wednesday 25th of January – the week before school goes back.
Camp Revolution is for everyone in High School; especially if you’re just about to start year 7.
This year, Sam and Matt will be speaking from the Psalms.
To register, you can download the forms right here, or click through to register online. Note: there are two forms to fill out: a pretty one with basic details, and a plain one for all your safety information.
Please get your notes and money back to Matt no later than Sunday 15th January. But to be nicer to him, the sooner, the better

At Fresh & All Saints, one of the key things we’re on about is being transformed by Jesus’ love.
And it just so happens that this happened to the Thessalonian Church, when Paul visited them (which you can read about in Acts 17); they heard the gospel, and they were transformed! They turned from worshipping idols to worshipping the living God, and their lives changed. They started imitating Paul (as he imitated Christ), and so became model Christians for loads of other churches around the place.
Wouldn’t it be awesome if we were transformed, and people started following Jesus because of our example?
For this reason, we’re going to get stuck into 1 Thessalonians this term at Fresh; to learn about how Jesus’ love transformed them, and think about how it might transform us.
We’ve also got a stack of fun activities planned for the term, including glow stick games, a paint fight (wear really old clothes!), QandA for the year 10-12′s, a big end-of-year Christmas party, and loads more.
You can download the program from the term right here!
If you’ve been at church for the last couple of weeks, you would have seen or received a copy of the YAK. If you haven’t yet got your copy, here it is to download: our first ever issue of the YAK.
YAK stands for Youth & Kids, and is our new newsletter. Featuring reports, photos, helpful websites to visit, and ideas for your ministry at home.
enjoy!

At the heart of the Christianity is the message that Jesus died for us. But why? Why did he have to die? What did his death achieve?
And if we’re living for Jesus, what difference does the cross make to the way we live?
That’s what we’re exploring this term at Fresh; it’s going to be a blast!
Fresh starts back this friday, the 22nd of July, and you can download your programs right here!
